In 2012, I completed my undergraduate degree in Biology at Pamukkale University. My thesis was about three-dimensional modeling of substrate interactions with cytochrome P450s. I joined the master program and I wrote my master's thesis titled as "Assessment of CYP1A1 inhibition by natural polyphenols applying in vitro and molecular docking studies" under the supervision of Sevki Arslan. During my master's degree, I worked on the longitudinal project funded by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey. My research interests focus on cancer biology and bioinformatics. I will be working at PhD on developing bioinformatics techniques.
