In 2012, I completed my undergraduate degree in Biology at Pamukkale University. My thesis was about three-dimensional modeling of substrate interactions with cytochrome P450s. I joined the master program and I wrote my master's thesis titled as "Assessment of CYP1A1 inhibition by natural polyphenols applying in vitro and molecular docking studies" under the supervision of Sevki Arslan from this project. During my master's degree, I worked on the longitudinal project funded by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey. My research interests focus on cancer biology and bioinformatics. I will be working at PhD on developing bioinformatics techniques.
